Privacy Policy
- This Privacy Policy specifies the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of services offered by WROCAPARTMENTS website (hereinafter referred to as: Website)
- The administrator of the personal data contained in the Service is WROCAPARTMENTS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Wrocław 50-519, UL. GAJOWA 22/12 do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego nr 0000696342, NIP: 899-282-85-21, REGON: 368346325 (hereinafter: the Administrator).
- In order to ensure the security of the personal data entrusted to it, the Administrator acts on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations, compliant with the relevant legal acts in the field of personal data protection, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.
- The Controller shall take special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular shall ensure that personal data are:
(a) processed lawfully;
b) collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes;
c) substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
d) kept in a form which permits the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. - Personal data are processed on the basis of consent given by users of the Service and in cases where provisions of the applicable law authorize the Administrator to process personal data.
- The Administrator processes personal data voluntarily submitted by users of the Service only in order to: responding to enquiries from users directed using the contact form, within the following scope:
a) name and surname
b) e-mail address
c) telephone number - Personal data of Service users are not sold or made available to third parties and are subject to profiling, i.e. automated processing in order to assess and determine personal characteristics or needs of users.
- The user of the Service who submitted the data has the right to access the data processed by the Administrator. The user also has the right to modify this data, to request its transfer to another entity and to restrict or stop the processing of his/her personal data at any time. At any time, the user may also withdraw his/her previously given consent to the processing of his/her data and request the removal of his/her personal data from the Service.
- In order to exercise his/her rights indicated in point. 8 above, Service user should contact the Administrator using the same e-mail address or telephone number provided to the Service, contacting at biuro@wrocapartments.pl.
The administrator performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:
(a) through the voluntary information entered in the form,
b) through the collection of “cookies”.Termination of the agreement requires written form under pain of invalidity. This does not apply to Consumers.During the first visit to WROCAPARTMENTS website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By remaining on the website, the user accepts the use of ordinary cookies on the website. Failure to change the settings of the browser on the part of the user is tantamount to consent to the use of cookies.
The installation of “cookies” is necessary for the proper provision of services on the Website The “cookies” contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Website, in particular those requiring authorisation. The user can, at any time, change the settings of his/her browser so that cookies are either accepted or rejected or so that the user is notified that they are not being placed on his/her computer.
The following types of cookies are used within the Website.
a) session cookies – they remain in the browser until it is switched off or the user logs out of the website on which they were placed,
b) permanent – they remain in the browser of the device until they are removed by the user or until a predetermined time specified in the parameters of the cookie file.The Website may contain links to other websites that operate independently of the Website and are in no way supervised by the Website. These websites may have their own privacy policies and regulations, which we recommend you read carefully.
The Administrator reserves the right to change the Service’s privacy policy, which may be caused by the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the law on personal data protection and the development of the Service. We will inform users of any changes in a visible and understandable way.
Complaint procedure:
The Customer’s complaint in relation to non-performance or inadequate performance of the Services should be sent to WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o. in writing to WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o. correspondence address and should specify:
a) the Customer’s data enabling contact to be made with him, including data enabling identification of the person submitting the complaint as the Customer;
b) service to which the complaint pertains;
c) Client’s allegations regarding the service indicated;
d) circumstances justifying the complaint;
e) possible request of the Customer related to the complaint.The complaint should be signed by the Customer or a person duly authorised to represent the Customer. A document confirming the authorization should be attached to the complaint.
WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o. is obliged to respond to the complaint in writing, within 14 days of its receipt, indicating whether it accepts the complaint and how it intends to handle it, or informing of the lack of grounds for accepting the complaint and the reasons for its position. In case of the need to clarify additional circumstances related to services rendered to WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o. by third parties, WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o. sends, within 7 days, information on the need to clarify those circumstances. The provision of the preceding sentence does not apply to Consumers.
The condition of filing claims against WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o. by the Customer not being a Consumer is the exhaustion by the Customer of the complaint procedure.
Duration of the Agreement and its termination
The Agreement for the provision of services is concluded, as a rule, for a definite period of time equal to the Booking Period. The Service Agreement is terminated as a result of failure to extend the Booking Period for this service in accordance with the provisions of the T&Cs.
WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o. will be entitled to terminate the agreement for provision of a given service in case the Customer
breaches the provisions of the agreement.WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o. is furthermore entitled to immediately cease providing the service to a given Client and to terminate
the contract for provision of that service, if:
(a) the Customer uses the service contrary to the parameters or intended use specified in the regulations of

b) The Customer acts to the detriment of WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o., other customers of WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o. or users of the building,
c) Customer, within the scope of the service provided by WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o., will process personal data without the agreement on
of entrustment of personal data processing concluded with WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o..Before discontinuing the provision of services, WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o.o.will call upon the Customer who is the Consumer via
e-mail to cease the infringement setting an appropriate deadline, no shorter than 24 hours- Termination of the agreement requires written form under pain of invalidity. This does not apply to Consumers.
