Information Regarding the Processing of Personal Data at WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o. o.
WROCAPARTMENTS Sp. z o. o.makes every effort to ensure that visitors’ data are processed with the highest standards of security, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) (hereinafter referred to as RODO).
At the same time, we would like to inform you that:

- the purpose of processing is:
- handling incoming electronic enquiries submitted – on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO – consent of the data subject;
- booking a hotel room – on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA – consent of the data subject;
- fulfilment of a contract for hotel services – on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA – for the purpose of concluding the contract;
- to ensure the safety of persons and property in the apartment/hostel/hotel through the use of video surveillance, collection of telephone numbers of persons using the accommodation service, collection of data of hotel guests, including data of children (applies to persons who are not party to the lodging agreement – accompanying persons), pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the ║ EDP;
- in order to fulfil a legal obligation (issuing an invoice documenting the provision of the service) – pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the PDO personal data will be stored:
- personal data will be stored:
- concerning submitted enquiries – for a period of 30 days from the end of the correspondence;
- concerning reservations made, for a period of 12 months from the date of making the reservation;
- concerning the performance of a contract for hotel services or necessary for issuing an invoice – for a period of 5 years from the end of the year in which the hotel stay took place;
- in video surveillance systems, for 30 days;
- concerning accompanying persons, telephone numbers – for up to 30 days;
- recipients of the personal data may be:
- the provider of the reservation platform for hotel services (if the reservation is received through the reservation portal);
- companies providing marketing services (for persons who have given their consent to receive commercial information);
- Provider of the application used to send commercial communications (applicable to persons who have agreed to receive commercial communications);
- Provider of the application used to manage hotel reservations (applicable to persons who have made a reservation, are party to the contract for hotel services and accompanying persons);
- Entities entitled to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions;
- security company and the provider of premises monitoring solutions in respect of the recorded image;
6. You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify them – for the purposes arising from the legally justified interests pursued by the controller or the performance of the accommodation agreement or the fulfilment of a legal obligation, and within the scope for which you have given your consent – you also have the right to erasure or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the inspector.
7. you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
8. providing personal data is voluntary, however refusal to provide data may result in:
- refusal of the accommodation service – in case of data processed in order to conclude the contract of accommodation service;
- refusal of reservation – in case of booking a room;
Your data will not be profiled.
